Overnight Banana-Pear Chia Seed Pudding

1 dairy, 2 fat, 3 fruit

3 tbsp (~1 oz.) chia seeds [2 fat]

1 pear [1 fruit]

1 banana [2 fruit]

1 cup milk *(dairy/fortified non-dairy) [1 dairy]

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp agave

>>Blend pear, banana, milk, cinnamon, and agave. Add chia and stir. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hrs.

If this will be your entire breakfast, add a scoop of protein powder for a more complete meal.
