Berry Vanilla Protein Smoothie

1 dairy, 2 fruit, 3 protein

1 scoop vanilla protein powder [3 protein]

1 cup frozen berries [1 fruit]

1/2 frozen banana [1 fruit]

1 cup fortified soy milk [1 dairy] (*can use water)

>>Blend all ingredients together in blender. Substitute ice cubes for some of the liquid if desired.
