Overnight CFO Pudding

Overnight Chia-Flax-Oat Pudding

3 Fat, 2 Grain, 3 Protein


1  tbsp. chia seed

1 tbsp. flax seed

1/3 cup oats

1/2 scoop protein powder*

1 cup water

>> Rinse your oats and then combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. (I also like to add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract, but that’s up to you). Set in refrigerator overnight (or at least 5 hours)

*If you don’t use protein powder, substitute water with milk (dairy/nondairy) and add sweetener(agave, honey, stevia) to taste. This will eliminate 2 protein exchanges.
